Pocket Utilities.

The little helpers behind my Discord bot. A reference for the commands I keep handy, from dice rolls and saved dates to stream checks and WoW prices.

These commands run in my Discord server. Type / in Discord to choose a command and fill in its options.

Everyday helpers

/hello: Say hello with a mention of the person using the command.
/admin_only: Check administrator access with a greeting. Requires Discord administrator permission.
/ping: Replies with Pong!.
/say: Make the bot say something.
/yolo: You Only Live Once.
/translate: Translate text.
/test: Test command.
/roll: Roll a random number from 1 to the chosen number of sides (6 by default).
/temp: Get the Temperature of a postal code.
/pokemon: Look up a Pokémon by its numeric ID, including artwork and base stats.
/dadjoke: Get a random dad joke.
/apod: Get the Astronomy Picture of the Day.
/trivia: Get a random trivia question.

/add_person: Add a person to memory.
/person: Show a saved person.
/list_people: List all saved people.
/find_people: Find saved profiles matching every supplied tag. Separate tags with spaces.
/untag_person: Remove a tag from a person.
/tag_person: Add a tag to a person.
/edit_person: Edit a saved person.

/live: Check if a streamer is live.
/add_streamer: Add a streamer to live notifications.
/remove_streamer: Remove a streamer from live notifications.
/list_streamers: Show all tracked streamers.
/reset_live_status: Reset the bot’s notification state for one watched channel to offline. This does not change anything on Twitch.
/reset_all_live_status: Reset the bot’s notification state for all watched channels to offline.
/test_ntfy: Send a test ntfy notification.

/clear-chat: Clear the bot’s stored conversation history. Limited to authorized chat accounts.
/purge-chat: Delete recent messages in the character channel. Limited to authorized chat accounts in that channel.
/reset-chat: Clear stored conversation history and delete recent character-channel messages. Limited to authorized chat accounts in that channel.
